|
The pacemaker infection is rare, serious complication. Although we agree that removal of the entire pacemaker system is the best approach to pacemaker infection, there is difficult to remove because postoperative complication and surgical technique. We managed successfully for patients with infected pacemaker by wound debridement and local flap coverage without entire pacemaker system removal.
